The HOA has contracted with Republic Waste Services to handle trash pickup for the entire neighborhood on a group rate. Each homeowner is responsible for their own account with Republic. Pickup is every Thursday, very early in the morning (we suggest putting your bin(s) out Wednesday night). Pickup will be delayed by one day on weeks containing public holidays. Your pickup schedule, including which weeks have recycle pickup, and when holiday delays will happen can be viewed by entering your street address on Republic’s schedule page.
Recycle and Yard Waste pickup are optional and must be purchased separately by the homeowner if desired.
