The HOA Board is hosting an in-person open board meeting and public hearing on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 6:30pm.
The meeting location will be held at Searchlight Ministries Church, 4020 22nd Avenue, Hudsonville. The church is located at the corner of 22nd and Quincy directly behind our subdivision. Use of this location and meeting space is graciously being provided to us for free.
Attendance for this meeting is voluntary for residents since there are no association items to vote on.
We highly welcome and encourage your attendance, especially if you are interested in running for a seat on the 2023 HOA Board. This will be a great opportunity to ask us questions and declare your interest in a board seat. Please note, board members must be the legal owner of a property located within the Rolling Meadows Estates development.
