The small number is your lot number. The large number is your street address. If the lot is on a corner, you can tell which street it belongs to by the house number: 2xxx and 1xxx numbers are on the east-west street (with the exception of Kingfisher Dr, which has no lots on it), 4xxx numbers are on the north-south street.
