If you are in Phase 1, 2, or 3, you are free to proceed with your project provided that it does not violate the Declaration of Covenants or the Township Zoning Ordinances and you've acquired any necessary permits. Note: We have our own form that we will send you, because the information we need to provide to title agencies frequently does not fit on forms the agencies provide to us. It is based on the common items title agencies usually ask us for as well as other information we need to provide you.
